Some streets may feel less polished or visually appealing than the most touristic parts of Casco Viejo. Previous guest reviews can help you decide whether this area is the right fit for you, as most guests have really enjoyed their stay while understanding that Santa Ana is an authentic neighborhood still in revitalization. ☆ THE BUILDING: The building is called "Casco View," a modern, eco-friendly, EDGE-certified building. ☆ THE APARTMENT: This 47 m² one-bedroom apartment offers a modern, comfortable stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. If you’d like to cook, a supermarket is just steps from the building. We also have one baby playpen available upon request.

☆ GETTING AROUND The building is within walking distance of Casco Viejo. For guests who would like to explore on foot, I recommend staying within the main tourist perimeter — meaning walking from the building toward Casco Viejo, preferably via C.C. street, which I point out on the map I share. If you prefer a more comfortable way to get to the center of Casco Viejo, Uber or InDrive are great options, especially at night. Both are safe, convenient, and affordable. ☆ BEFORE CHECKING IN To complete the check-in process, the following is required: 1) A photo of each guest's ID. (National ID for Panamanians and a passport for foreigners). 2) The estimated arrival time. ☆ HOUSE RULES - No smoking. (This is a smoke-free building.) - No pets. - No unauthorized guests. - Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - Hang wet clothes on the clothesline located inside the shower. - Please pick up food deliveries at the lobby.
