THE VILLA This spacious, two-story villa in Puntacana Village features 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a half bathroom for guest use. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Primary Bedroom: 1 king bed - Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds - Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed + 1 twin-size sofa bed - Bedroom 4 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed + 1 twin-size sofa bed, convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. GUEST CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDS Standard capacity: Up to 10 guests in the main beds. Twin-size sofa beds: Two sofa beds are also available for children. These are normally set up as sofas, so please let us know when booking if you'd like them set up as beds for your arrival. *Infants: A crib for one baby is available upon advance request. TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT Our villa receives regular preventive pest-control treatments. Still, being in the tropics, you may occasionally spot geckos (small house lizards) or insects. TRANSPORTATION & ADDITIONAL SERVICES We recommend renting a car to explore Punta Cana comfortably. We're also happy to share recommendations for private cooks, babysitters, transportation, car rentals, and excursions. These services are offered by independent providers at an additional cost. BEACH ACCESS Playa Blanca is the closest beach club. A per-person entrance fee applies and can be used toward food and drinks. Rates and conditions may vary.

For trips outside the community, we recommend a rental car or private transportation. PARKING Free parking for 2 vehicles. A third may be parked behind the house, provided it does not obstruct traffic. The community has controlled security access. Arrival instructions will be shared before check-in.
